LAPBAND FILL #7 (7-16-08)

alrighty i just got my 7th fill 2 days ago. from what i was told on my last appointment i received a whole cc but it was noted down that i only got 1/2 of one. the nurse didnt even tell me about this which kinda made me upset. well anyhow it was back to my dr. i was so happy he was giving me the fill instead of the nurse. he asked me several questions and we went over my eating habbits and what not so he decided to give me another 1/2 of a cc bringing my total to 10 ccs in my 14 cc band. in the previous 2 weeks before this fill i had lost 9lbs so he was kind of iffy about the fill and i can see why now. for the first time ever i have to drink my liquids slowly or i feel as if im getting backed up. i tried to eat a cookie today (yes i know i shouldnt have) and it got stuck so bad i felt as if i was going to die for 45 mins. i should have known better and now i will listen when they tell me 48 hrs liquids only. well i am going to try and stick to a healthy meal plan my next appointment to go back is on august 13th so i guess we will see what happens between now and then :)
